This study examines state e-cigarette Minimum Legal Sales Age (MLSA) policy implementation in relation to national tobacco control organizations MLSA Model Policy guidance.

This study utilizes a microsimulation model to project the five-year effect of tax increases on use patterns of combustible cigarettes, e-cigs, or both among youth, young adults, and adults.

Youth consumption of e-cigarettes is driven by flavored products. This study examined states’ experiences implementing flavor restriction policies, identifying challenges, success, and differences between states.

E-cigs are the leading tobacco product used by youth, driven by flavored e-cigs .This study estimated state-level trends in prevalence of e-cig and cig use and their associations with flavor restriction policies.
